The SheepPlus program involves:

  • Joining a small team of sheep producers in your district.
  • Looking at how your business is doing and identifying areas that can make it better.
  • Being supported by a facilitator who will track down information for you or put you in touch with people who can provide advice or training.
  • Receiving help from other sheep producers who relate to your work challenges.
  • Coming up with practical solutions to improve your woolgrowing business and being able to implement strategies immediately.
  • Periodically reviewing progress and receiving ongoing support to remain focused as you continue to improve your business.
